The best part is speed. Payment confirmation usually takes just a few minutes. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, this guide explains how to pay for your Jambojet ticket using Mpesa without stress or confusion.

Step-by-Step Guide to Pay for Your Jambojet Ticket Using Mpesa

Booking and paying for your Jambojet flight via Mpesa is straightforward when you follow the correct steps.

  1. Open your browser and visit jambojet.com
  2. Enter your flight details, including departure city, destination, travel date, and number of passengers
  3. Fill in passenger information carefully
    • Ensure the phone number entered matches the Mpesa number you will use for payment
  4. Add optional services such as extra baggage or seat selection if needed
  5. Proceed to the payment page and select Mobile as your payment method
  6. Confirm your phone number and continue

After this step, Jambojet sends you an SMS with your booking reference and payment instructions. Your reservation is held for one hour, giving you enough time to complete payment.

Complete the Mpesa Payment

The SMS will include:

  • Mpesa Paybill number: 737700
  • Account number: Your booking reference

Now follow these steps on your phone:

  1. Open your Mpesa menu
  2. Select Lipa na Mpesa
  3. Choose Paybill
  4. Enter 737700 as the Business Number
  5. Enter your booking reference as the Account Number
  6. Enter the ticket amount
  7. Key in your Mpesa PIN and press OK

Before confirming, double-check all details. Once completed, you will receive:

  • An Mpesa confirmation SMS
  • A Jambojet confirmation SMS
  • A confirmation email with your ticket and flight details
